No.  As long as the MUA knows what to look for and when to look for 
it, that shouldn't be a problem.

Yes.

Maybe something like "the identifier SHOULD be unique to the trust 
domain.   It is RECOMMENDED to use the hostname of the MTA which 
performed the authentication tests".
