But undoubtedly individuals are going to use the field in ways that they  
find useful to their purpose (with knowledge of their own situations). All  
I am trying to say is that the 'i=' tag is not so totally broken that it  
is useless for any pourpose whatever. Hence it should be kept, since it is  
already there and will get used.
