[ietf-dkim] IGNORE list signature test

The last message to the list echoed backed to me as a bad signature:

Authentication-Results: dkim.winserver.com;
   dkim=fail (DKIM_SIGNATURE_BAD) header.i=mipassoc.org 
header.d=mipassoc.org header.s=k00001;
   adsp=pass policy=all author.d=isdg.net asl.d=mipassoc.org;

This is a test to see if it can be repeated.
