I concur that this specific issue is an ADSP one and not a DKIM (i.e. RFC4871) one.  I don't have any problem being more clear about that.

But I disagree that ADSP is out of scope in general (re: the ADSP is or is not part of DKIM debate), unless we also want to remove all the other stuff in the lists draft about ADSP that people generally seem to like (currently 27 instances).
