9. - no point collecting data if nothing is done with it.

Opposed to:
10 - implicit by support of any of the other proposals, surely!

Confused by:
2. On the one hand it could solve a myriad of problems, and permit 
widespread ADSP. On the other hand, I don't like adding layers of 
complexity.
