They remain ambiguous if not.  But anyway, there's my vote in the hopes of 
creating some consensus. :)

I'm referring mainly to general public questions about "How do I tie this 
to reputation?"  Not our industry debates; those go on MAAWG or IETF lists 
as they have been.

I can't think of any.  If such did appear, separate venues could be
