Once upon a time in this organization we had no problem reiterating such 
practices with a mind toward not having to keep the reader bouncing 
between documents to understand exactly how best to implement a 
feature.  So let's put this in terms of benefit versus harm.  The 
benefit is just as I described.  What is the harm?
