As I noted in http://mipassoc.org/pipermail/ietf-dkim/2008q1/009713.html 
, issue #1534 fell through the cracks when I was preparing my slides for 
Philadelphia and was not discussed.  I had suggested that it not be 
closed without the opportunity for some discussion.
