[ietf-dkim] New issue: Examples in SSP-03

The appendix of draft-ietf-dkim-ssp-03 which contains "Usage Examples" 
discusses a number of use cases, but actually contains no examples of the 
contents of the TXT record that would be used in any of those.

Either the use cases should also include the corresponding TXT record to 
be used (or recommended), or another appendix should be added that shows 
some actual examples of {S,A,AD}SP in use.
