Wasn't aware that you operated with such a definitive experience base to 
permit making that assertion.

While it doesn't have it very often, no, but it does occur in the wild.

In any event, the view that features can be ignored just because they don't 
occur very often is quite a dangerous design approach for a global standards 
effort.
