I believe that that was all discussed during the development of
4871 and so should absolutely not be revistited now. Whether or
not SSP says somethiing about those headers is a different
matter, though is one that's not mentioned in 5016, and so I'd
expect you've a fairly high barrier to leap to get it into SSP
now.

In other words: we're not reviisting closed issues for fun.
