[ietf-dkim] Mailing list signatures

On mailing lists,
If I was running one, a submission to the list after satisfying whatever
criteria I use for selection should then be propagated with a single
DKIM signature with the assumption that the list itself is the author of
this single distribution as opposed to re-signing every DKIM signature
that shows up on a submission. It will be reasonably trivial to
implement and make verification much simpler.
