Agreed.  Also there would not be an advantage using a new RR type  
when there is an association made using query labels as might be done  
with designated domains, clients, or local-part policies.

For example:
  <base32(sha1(some-element))>._some-policy.<some-domain>.

The use of policy discovery implies a desire to block non-compliant  
messages, rather than a desire to annotate messages that are  
compliant.  The latter mode provides greater security without  
requiring the search for policy records within parent domains.
