I had enough time at the airport to the work done on section 6.  That 
version is now available at:

This also includes Paul's wording for Appendix D (formerly Section 
7), plus a paragraph to make it clear that the information he 
identifies is neither necessary or complete --- i.e., that the MUA 
can do anything it wants to.
