I have an objection and a thought.

It's an ugly time for people on the left coast of the US who aren't  
morning people. Furthermore, there are several groups I work with who  
seem to think that approximately that time is a good time for a concall.

The reason we in the IETF do things by mailing lists is to be gentle  
on people in different time zones and so on. How about if we do that?
