Eric and I agree.

This confirms the reports that have been coming in, recently.  Global climate 
change has actually resulted in ice-packs forming a solid layer, covering the 
nether regions of the after-world.

I hope the uniqueness of this event duly impresses others, since it could mean 
one-more "threat" -- downgrading --  that we don't have to worry about.
