Not a terrible idea, but there is no such registrar and I doubt there
ever will be.  The margins in the GTLD registar business are
vanishingly small.  

Sure, someone could charge an extra $N for a findability service, but
what's the advantage of bundling that with registrations?  You find
out who someone's registrar is by asking the domain's WHOIS server,
and if you're going to do that, it's just as easy to query a third
party reputation service.
