You have something like draft-kucherawy in the "once the
primary goals are met" section, that's fine.  What about
draft-dkim-pkix-00 ?  I'm only asking, I can't judge it.

It does allow to find a decent new FWS canonicalization,
doesn't it ?  Maybe add one month to "signature" for it,
and substract one month from the DNS RR.
