You should be discussing this on the mailing lists for the DKIM package you're using.

In the case of dkim-milter, that would be dkim-milter-discuss at lists.sourceforge.net.

(Note: You should be using dkim-milter, not dk-milter.)

But yes, the dkim-filter binary has a test signing mode.  Check the man page that comes with it for details.
