[dkim-ops] Adding dkim signatures based on envelope-from

This  file appears to be the same text with the local copy I have, 
including section 5.5.  I'm sure any domain can be signed.  5322.From is 
required to be signed.

    "o From (REQUIRED in all signatures)"
