I have seen one other domain using DKIM to sign messages.  DKIM 
should catch on as soon as  there are more implementations available.

It may be better to post this question to the dkim-milter-discuss 
mailing list on Sourceforge.net.

Yes.  It's a bug in dkim-milter.  There will probably a fix in the 
next release.

This message will fail DKIM verification as this mailing list adds a 
footer to the message. :-)
