IMO the signer should really take that into account and do the folding  
for you, since as you can see the folding needs to happen at a  
specific time in the process (ie, before the DKIM header hash is  
calculated) and based on very specific rules.  The relaxed algorithm  
definitely gives you more flexibility along those lines.
