[dkim-dev] DKIM Reflectors produce wrong results

The reason for the truncation, I believe, is the l= tag of the signature.

The verifier at test at dkimtest.jason.long.name does not use libdkim, it is
an independent implementation.
Oddly enough, in my tests, the truncation is occurring at a slightly
different spot. So there's something fishy going on, I'm not sure what.
