You can try mine:

test at dkimtest.jason.long.name

It's still under development, and needs more testing, but it tries to be 
compliant to both draft-00 and draft-01 of the DKIM base spec. In 
particular, the draft-01 features haven't been compared to any other 
implementations, since I'm not aware of any other draft-01 auto-responders.
