I can live with it the way it is, but for point 4 if we're going to help
automate ARF reports, it's at least as important to invent some way for an
MUA junk button to report a message back to the user's ISP. This could be
as simple as a header with an adddress or as baroque as added options in
DHCP, POP, IMAP, and SUBMIT.
