Thanks for that addition!

It's good to mention INCH, not only because non-message extensions 
can be addressed that way, but also for complementarity that may 
manifest, e.g., when a botnet message reported using ARF happens to 
contribute useful info to a network incident maintained using IODEF.

Formally, I represent just myself. However, I try to consider the 
needs of several small to medium mailbox providers that serve one or 
few mail domains within non-IT companies or institutions. That is to 
say, organizations that currently use neither ARF nor IODEF, but 
might adopt any of them when a clear proposal of cooperation for a 
better Internet will be made.
