Being insulting doesn't encourage use of new technology.

The number of sites which have implemented ARF is tiny.  The number of 
admins who've even heard of ARF is only slightly larger.  It's not a 
formal standard yet, merely a completed draft in need of friendly, 
patient evangelism.
