I'm sure that's true in a lot of cases, but it's not safe to assume that 
/everyone/ can receive and view ARF.  Different clients do all sorts of 
wonky things with MIME types they don't recognize, and the big 
commercial customer support systems (kana, remedy, etc) are especially 
bad about it.

Hopefully that'll change in a few years, after we've actually published 
this thing.
