[feedback-report] Feedback-Type - any traction on others besides abuse?

We'd imagined that most Report Receivers would add some simple code to 
detect the various feedback types and deal with each as appropriate per 
their own policies.

The feedback types are merely advisory; if you as Report Receiver want 
to receive different types at a different address, that's between you 
and the Report Generator.  The format itself doesn't care.
